About This Role

Reports To: Head of Sales

Position Overview: The Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships will play a pivotal role in advancing our company's growth strategy. This position is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in SaaS strategic partnerships, a deep understanding of the tech landscape, and a willingness to be scrappy to get deals done.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve company growth targets.

- Identify, evaluate, pursue, and sign new strategic partnerships, including market trends, potential partners, and emerging technologies.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.

- Lead negotiations and close deals with potential clients and partners.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure alignment and support for strategic partnership initiatives.

- Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions.

- Prepare and present strategic partnership reports and forecasts to senior leadership and the executive team.

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to enhance brand visibility and expand the network.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in strategic partnerships, sales, or a related role, with a focus on SaaS or technology solutions.

- Proven track record of identifying and closing new business opportunities in the SaaS industry.

- Experience building a strategic partnerships function from the ground up.Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.

- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

- Proficiency in Google Suite, Salesforce, and sales enablement tools.

- Willingness to travel as required.
