About This Role

Reports To: Head of Sales

Position Overview: The Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships will play a pivotal role in advancing our company's growth strategy. This position is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in SaaS strategic partnerships, a deep understanding of the tech landscape, and a willingness to be scrappy to get deals done.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve company growth targets.
  2. Identify, evaluate, pursue, and sign new strategic partnerships, including market trends, potential partners, and emerging technologies.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  4. Lead negotiations and close deals with potential clients and partners.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure alignment and support for strategic partnership initiatives.
  6. Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
  7. Prepare and present strategic partnership reports and forecasts to senior leadership and the executive team.
  8. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to enhance brand visibility and expand the network.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in strategic partnerships, sales, or a related role, with a focus on SaaS or technology solutions.
  • Proven track record of identifying and closing new business opportunities in the SaaS industry.
  • Experience building a strategic partnerships function from the ground up.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Salesforce, and sales enablement tools.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
