Job Overview

Squiz is in search of a Strategic Partnerships Manager (junior to mid level) to enhance our partnerships division. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our operations both in the United States and internationally by identifying and cultivating key partnerships and alliances.

We seek an individual with a solid background in SaaS business models, particularly with experience in collaborating with system integration partners. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about developing and monetizing these relationships, with a proven ability to foster scalable partnerships in conjunction with internal teams. Your contributions will align with our mission to assist organizations in enhancing their online services, ultimately improving lives offline.

We offer flexibility in location (West Coast Preferred). This position is available to all candidates across the United States.


The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:

  • Experience in digital agencies and/or a SaaS sales context
  • 5+ years in sales, including at least 12 months in partner/alliances/channel sales or a similar role
  • 3+ years of experience in account planning or project management
  • Proficient in CRM systems, with a preference for HubSpot

Key Responsibilities:

This position is primarily focused on establishing and nurturing strong partner relationships to drive revenue growth for Squiz.

In summary, your daily tasks will include:

  • Serving as the primary liaison for Squiz's North American Partners, managing account mapping, and developing tailored go-to-market (GTM) strategies
  • Collaborating across sales, marketing, and leadership teams to identify and cultivate impactful partner relationships that drive revenue
  • Researching and identifying new partnership opportunities, articulating Squiz's vision and value proposition, and assessing the potential for mutual benefit
  • Onboarding new partners by facilitating brand alignment, sales training, and product orientation
  • Working with partners to create joint value propositions and demonstrate how Squiz can meet their customers' needs
  • Defining co-marketing strategies and executing integrated marketing campaigns to enhance pipeline activities
  • Assisting in the development of new partner capabilities and evaluating ROI by measuring the overall impact of the partner experience
  • Utilizing Squiz's CRM tool (HubSpot) to monitor metrics, meetings, and communications

Preferred Experience:

It would be advantageous if you have previously held a similar role within the Digital Experience/Web Content Management sector.
