Position Summary: The Head of Strategic Partnerships will be tasked with establishing and nurturing client relationships while identifying, pursuing, and securing sales for TransPerfect's Gaming Solutions portfolio, which includes game localization, quality assurance, art design/production, player support, and AI/MT. The ideal candidate should have a background in consultative sales, particularly in engaging with gaming organizations and corporations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients through various strategies, including online research, industry events, referrals, and professional directories.
- Acquire and finalize new clients through networking, cold outreach, and participation in industry events.
- Develop and sustain long-term client relationships by providing exceptional service and leveraging industry knowledge.
- Create a sales strategy to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
- Conduct daily outreach to prospective clients.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, overseeing each stage of the sales process.
- Comprehend and convey TransPerfect's comprehensive range of services, capabilities, benefits, and competitive advantages, while directing opportunities to specialized sales and client service teams.
- Set and manage client expectations, offering consultation on best practices.
- Oversee pricing and contractual matters.
- Travel for client meetings and industry conferences, both domestically and internationally.
Required Qualifications:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3-7 years of sales experience within the gaming sector.
- Demonstrated experience throughout the global sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, particularly with top-tier gaming companies.
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
