The Role: As the Head of Strategic Partnerships, you will spearhead our new business initiatives. This role encompasses everything from managing initial inquiries to crafting compelling proposals and leading RFP processes. Your expertise in social strategy will be instrumental in nurturing relationships with inbound clients and transforming them into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead new business efforts from initial discussions to finalized agreements, ensuring strong relationship management throughout.
  • Oversee our inbound client pipeline, responding to inquiries and coordinating meetings with prospective clients.
  • Manage RFP processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality proposals.
  • Implement proactive outreach strategies to engage potential clients and build relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Work closely with our marketing team to enhance our external marketing efforts and improve our inbound processes.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to account teams, helping them to grow their accounts and drive revenue.
  • Monitor and report on business development metrics, including pipeline status, conversion rates, and revenue growth.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years focused on social strategy.
  • Proven track record in agency business development.
  • Experience in a social media agency is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of brand building and upper funnel marketing.
  • Passionate about social media marketing, particularly platforms like TikTok.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of using data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
