Foster a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and development within the team. Allocate resources effectively to meet operational goals and project deadlines. Project Management: Plan and execute IT operations projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors and service providers. Negotiate contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure optimal service delivery. Evaluate and select new technologies and solutions to enhance IT operations.
