Job Title: Facilities Operations Manager

Job Overview

The Facilities Operations Manager acts as the key liaison for stakeholders, overseeing, directing, and coordinating both internal and external services to ensure a secure and efficient environment for patients, visitors, and staff. This position entails leadership and coordination of project teams, guaranteeing that initiatives are executed within budgetary constraints, adhere to timelines, and fulfill all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact between clients/users and project stakeholders.
  • Oversee facility services, including but not limited to parking, security, and maintenance.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through regular engagement and site evaluations.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy workplace environment.
  • Manage financial aspects of cost centers and implement quality assurance protocols.
  • Oversee design approvals, prepare project documentation, and facilitate contract negotiations.
  • Be available for on-call duties during non-standard hours to address emergencies.

This position is a Contract-to-Hire opportunity.

Work Environment

The role is primarily conducted onsite, with a focus on collaboration with other Facility Managers, coordinators, field personnel, and food service teams in a non-union setting. Professional business attire is required.
