Position Overview:
The Healthcare Operations Manager is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our patient care units. This position requires a Registered Nurse who excels in leadership and collaborates effectively with nursing staff, healthcare teams, and hospital leadership to cultivate a quality-driven practice environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality, compassionate patient care on a continuous basis.
  • Coordinate patient care activities and supervise a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including budget oversight and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Implement quality assurance and improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Facilitate effective communication among team members and across departments.
  • Plan and manage departmental budgets, including staffing and resource allocation.
  • Direct personnel management in accordance with labor laws and hospital policies.
  • Lead performance improvement projects to optimize unit operations and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of three years of progressive experience in a related healthcare setting.
  • A valid California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
