We are expanding and looking for a talented and competitive **Business Development Representative **that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. You must be comfortable making a high volume of calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and setting product demonstration appointments.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Qualify prospects and set product demonstration appointments through proactive outbound prospecting.
- Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of the various proprietary integrated solutions available from Century.
- Manage time effectively in order to meet daily phone time requirements.
- Learn our CRM/data system.

**Qualifications**:

- BA/BS Degree in Business Administration or related field required.
- Prior B2B lead generation sales experience is preferred not required.
- Willing to learn and is coachable
- An upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Is a great self-starter with a sense of urgency
- Has excellent communication/interpersonal skills
- Some sales experience is preferred but not required
