Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing personalized service.
  • Offer expert advice on financial products and services, including investments, loans, and insurance, to help clients achieve their financial goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities, including cross-selling and upselling financial products, to expand the client portfolio.
  • Monitor client accounts to ensure they are satisfied with the service and products, and address any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, including account setup, documentation, and orientation.
  • Stay informed about market trends, financial products, and competitors to provide relevant and timely advice to clients.
  • Prepare and present regular reports, portfolio reviews, and updates to clients, keeping them informed of their financial status.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including product specialists and customer service, to deliver comprehensive solutions and ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP) are advantageous.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills, with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and market trends to provide insightful advice and recommendations.
