Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned top performer to join our client success team as a Client Relationship Manager.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong affinity for technology, and a background in marketing, recruitment, or SaaS platforms.

Key Responsibilities

As a successful Client Relationship Manager, you will:
• Utilize your consultative approach to maximize Yellowstone Local's technology solutions within our target industries.
• Foster long-lasting partnerships and provide tailored ROI analyses for your client portfolio.
• Share industry insights while embodying Yellowstone Local's core values.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of best practices for account retention and growth while minimizing risks.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to implement effective account strategies that yield positive client outcomes.
• Build trust and cultivate meaningful relationships with key stakeholders within each account.
• Ensure clients recognize the value Yellowstone Local brings to their operations through virtual or on-site business reviews aligned with their objectives.
• Identify and anticipate risks and growth opportunities within your portfolio.
• Stay informed on customer needs, industry trends, market activities, and competitor actions to suggest product enhancements or new offerings.

Job Stability

Compensation Package
• Base salary ranging from $50,000 to $80,000
• Commission structure for account expansions, new client acquisitions, and client retention efforts

Qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years in client success or enterprise sales, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Strong empathy for customers and a passion for driving revenue and growth
• In-depth understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
• Innovative, persuasive, and genuinely curious about clients' businesses
• Goal-oriented, optimistic, and proactive with a strong value-added mindset
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
• Previous sales experience is a plus, although this role is not primarily sales-focused.
