Candidates with experience as registered nurses or in pharmaceutical sales, especially with knowledge of infertility, are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate will possess an engaging personality and demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills. This unique opportunity involves significant outreach and fieldwork to cultivate and strengthen relationships with healthcare providers, prospective patients, and the broader medical community.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Regularly engage with clinics to provide updates on referred patients and educational opportunities for OB/GYNs and other referring physicians and their teams to ensure ongoing relationships and continuous patient referrals.
- Facilitate activities with referring physicians aimed at increasing new patient volume.
- Oversee physician referral-related marketing materials for the clinic, which may include newsletters, informational booklets, pregnancy statistics, announcement cards, and research study flyers.
- Track physician referrals and provide regular feedback to physicians regarding their patient referrals.
- Organize educational marketing events for physicians, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner seminars.
- Set up informational booths at local physician seminars.
- Coordinate requests for physicians to deliver lectures within their local communities.
- Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports on various activities and visits conducted.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Strong organizational skills and knowledge relevant to the position.
- Proven problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- High level of independent judgment and accuracy.
- Ability to communicate positively and professionally with all staff members, patients, and referring providers.
- Capability to work independently while seeking assistance from physicians or the Direct to Provider Marketing Manager when necessary.
- Demonstrated teamwork and willingness to perform assigned or delegated duties.
- Support the organization's vision and mission.
- Maintain confidentiality of all work-related information.
- Exhibit courteous, compassionate, and respectful treatment of all customers.
- Participate in identifying challenges and proposing solutions.
- Adhere to HIPAA and confidentiality standards for all patient and clinic information.
- Utilize time efficiently.
Physical Requirements:
- Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel as needed.
- Ability to sit for extended periods; minimal standing and stooping required.
- Requires sensory capabilities of speech, touch, vision, and hearing within normal ranges, with or without correction.
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination are necessary for effective use of office equipment.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing workloads and assignments.
