Administrative Assistant

The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
1. Issuing Halal certificates (for various certification tasks)
2. Prepare invoice requests for additional certification services and verify signed agreements, invoices, and fees for accuracy.
3. Verify the accuracy and completeness of supporting documents in tasks, ensuring alignment with information in the database.
4. Coordinate the distribution of certificates to client companies in a timely and efficient manner.
5. Responsible for maintaining certification records.
6. Interaction with customer service associates and technical reviewers.
7. Provide customer service to client on inquiries concerning certificates
8. Provide certificates and relevant documents to the Documentation Control Manager and Director when instructed to perform such task.
9. Stay informed about industry trends and updates related to certification standards, proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
