We are looking for a meticulous and proactive HR Support Specialist to become a part of our dynamic team at Libra Solutions Group. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing extensive assistance across various human resources functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, offboarding, and a range of administrative duties. This position allows for close collaboration with the HR team to ensure seamless operations and exceptional employee experiences. The role also presents opportunities for professional growth within the HR department, enabling the candidate to gain valuable insights into diverse HR functions and contribute to the organization's overall success. Candidates must reside in the designated area and be available for a hybrid work schedule, balancing both in-office and remote workdays.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition, Onboarding & Offboarding:

  • Advertise job vacancies on appropriate platforms.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and maintain communication with candidates as required.
  • Organize and maintain digital personnel records by filing essential documents.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including necessary documentation and orientation.
  • Oversee employee referral initiatives.
  • Execute offboarding procedures (deactivations, equipment returns, etc.).
  • Assist in reviewing and updating job descriptions in partnership with hiring managers.
  • Conduct employee verifications as necessary.
General HR Duties:
  • Support various HR audits.
  • Coordinate monthly communications regarding employee birthdays and anniversaries to managers.
  • Perform audits on the Global Address List and Outlook distribution lists for accuracy.
  • Update our employee intranet and prepare reports as required.
  • Create internal announcements and visuals for digital displays in the office.
  • Conduct I9 audits to ensure compliance.
  • Promote employee engagement and recognition programs.
  • Assist with additional HR projects as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Associate degree in human resources or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR administrative capacity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with care.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
