POSITION TITLE: SALES AGREEMENT SPECIALIST

WHAT WE PROVIDE:

Company Vehicle: Service Sales Specialists receive a company vehicle for both professional and personal use upon successfully passing a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.

Main Responsibilities:

  • New Agreement Business Development: Identify and pursue new agreement opportunities from a list of target accounts.
  • Agreement Renewals: Manage the renewal of assigned accounts to ensure customer retention.
  • CRM Management: Effectively oversee and maintain the sales funnel and cases in CRM on a daily basis.
  • Sales Quotas: Meet monthly minimum sales quotas and maintain CRM funnel size.
  • Customer Relations: Assist in customer relations or collection efforts as needed.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Education: While a Bachelor's or Associate's degree is preferred, equivalent experience and training will also be considered in lieu of a formal degree.

Experience: A minimum of two years of experience in service-related sales is preferred, along with leadership experience, a basic understanding of mechanical and electrical principles, proficiency in meeting monthly sales quotas, and familiarity with CRM. Previous experience with cranes is advantageous.

Other Requirements: Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as proficient PC skills, are essential.
