Established in 2015 in California, StretchLab is committed to helping clients "Live Long" through personalized stretching programs.

Our team comprises specialists in various fields, including personal training, yoga, Pilates, physical therapy, massage therapy, and kinesiology/exercise science.

StretchLab is proud to be the first and only assisted stretching service with a Nationally Accredited Flexologist TM training program, ensuring our clients receive top-notch stretching sessions.

POSITION:

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving membership sales and achieving monthly sales targets. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Senior Sales Executive will also mentor sales associates and build strong connections within the community.


REQUIREMENTS:
  • Experience in fitness or membership sales is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently while mentoring sales associates.
  • Proficient in overcoming objections during the sales process.
  • Highly organized and skilled in using computers, studio software, and social media.
  • A genuine passion for fitness, health, and wellness.
  • Capability to manage and drive all revenue streams, from membership sales to retail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional, punctual, reliable, and resilient.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with studio management, coworkers, clients, and the public.

Occasional travel to local networking events, such as health fairs and community events, will be required to promote StretchLab.

Fluency in English is necessary, along with the ability to sit and stand for extended periods.


DUTIES:
Sales and Marketing
  • Assist the General Manager with lead generation, follow-up, and closing sales.
  • Monitor and report on studio sales metrics, developing strategies to meet goals.
  • Collaborate with sales associates and the General Manager to manage marketing campaigns, including social media and community events, to generate leads.
  • Implement sales processes to schedule prospects for their first visit and convert them into members.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure accurate inventory management of studio retail products.
People Development
  • Inspire, motivate, and train Fitness Sales Associates.
  • Work with the General Manager to ensure adequate sales coverage for the studio and networking events.
