POSITION: SALES AGREEMENT SPECIALIST

WHAT WE PROVIDE:

Company Vehicle: Service Sales Specialists are provided with a company vehicle for both professional and personal use upon successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Agreement Development: Identify and pursue new agreement opportunities from a designated list of target accounts.
  • Agreement Renewals: Manage the renewal process for assigned accounts to ensure customer loyalty.
  • CRM Management: Efficiently oversee and maintain the sales funnel and cases in the CRM system on a daily basis.
  • Sales Quotas: Meet monthly minimum sales targets and maintain an adequate CRM funnel size.
  • Customer Relations: Assist with customer relations and collection efforts as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Qualifications:

While a Bachelor's or Associate's degree is preferred, relevant experience and training will also be considered in lieu of formal education.

Experience: A minimum of two years in service-related sales is preferred, along with leadership experience, a foundational understanding of mechanical and electrical principles, proficiency in achieving monthly sales targets, and familiarity with CRM systems. Previous experience with cranes is a plus.

Other Requirements: Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with proficient PC skills, are essential.
