Role Overview

Formerra’s Demand Generation Marketing Specialist will plan, develop and execute targeted strategies to yield high-quality leads and enhance brand visibility, expanding the company's reach and driving revenue growth. The Marketing Specialist will leverage research and trends to identify target audiences and implement marketing tactics to generate leads. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product Management) to ensure initiatives are well-coordinated and aligned with Formerra’s growth targets.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement multi-channel campaigns that reach the right contacts with the appropriate messages, create new buyers, and drive qualified leads into the pipeline
  • Conduct research and analyze data to identify potential new markets and areas for growth based on market trends, customer needs, competitor data, and product offerings
  • Partner with Marketing Communications to develop compelling marketing materials that align with brand messaging and support demand generation goals.
  • Strategize and execute campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, events, webinars, paid advertising, etc.).
  • Work closely with Product Management to ensure that initiatives are supporting supplier goals and objectives.
  • Enable the Commercial team in executing on growth plans by providing qualified leads to allow for quick and accurate transition to sellers. Track and manage leads in Salesforce.com.
  • Measure, analyze and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results and meet KPIs.
  • Remain current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of marketing experience, preferably for a B2B company, with an emphasis on digital marketing programs and demand generation.
  • Data-driven, analytical mindset - using data to drive strategy and to focus activities
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools, and an understanding of how to track goals, report metrics, and their impact on marketing strategy (Salesforce.com, HubSpot, Tableau, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Asana).
  • Understanding of lead generation metrics including CTR, impressions, conversions, etc. related to digital marketing campaigns.
  • Skilled at actively listening, fostering cooperation, and building strong relationships to ensure everyone is aligned toward a shared objective.
