GENERAL SUMMARY

As a Marketing Operations Specialist at Cloudco Entertainment, you will be integral in supporting our marketing initiatives across diverse campaigns and platforms. This role encompasses the coordination of marketing efforts, aiding in the formulation and implementation of campaigns, and evaluating market dynamics to improve brand visibility. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will work collaboratively with team members to execute strategic marketing objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Campaign Coordination: Assist in the design, implementation, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media.
  • Content Development: Contribute to the creation and refinement of marketing materials, such as pitch documents, social media posts, email communications, and internal summaries.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis and assess consumer behavior to deliver insights and recommendations for marketing tactics.
  • Event Management: Aid in the organization and execution of promotional events, trade shows, and other marketing activities, ensuring smooth logistics and delivery.
  • Performance Evaluation: Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using tools like Meta social media insights and Meltwater. Provide actionable insights to enhance future initiatives.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including licensing and creative, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
  • Administrative Assistance: Support administrative functions such as maintaining marketing databases, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports and presentations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Required Education: Degree in Marketing or a related field.

Required Length & Type of Experience:

  • 2-­3 years of experience in digital marketing.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong grasp of marketing principles, digital marketing, SEO, social media, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with Meltwater, WGSN, and Mediabox is advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
