Key Responsibilities:


As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will assist the Product Management and Product Marketing teams in executing Current's comprehensive product marketing and brand strategy initiatives.

Your role will involve:

  • Supporting Sustaining Product Initiatives: Drive the execution of cross-category sustaining product initiatives, including collateral updates, website enhancements, trade show support, and content creation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design, messaging, and strategic priorities are consistent.
  • Cross-Category Marketing Support: Work alongside Product Marketing Managers and Product Managers, Designers, and Engineering to create effective marketing content that supports brand initiatives.
  • Enhancing Brand Commercialization: Contribute to the development of individual product brands by assisting Product Marketing Managers in crafting consistent messaging, campaigns, and visual identity across all marketing materials, in line with brand guidelines.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Aid Product Marketing Managers in producing materials related to product lifecycle management, from conception to end-of-life, including updates, improvements, and discontinuations.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate closely with Product Marketing Managers, Product Managers, and Sales to develop resources that effectively communicate brand messaging and strategic priorities to our target personas.
  • Brand Performance Analytics: Assist Product Marketing Managers in preparing analytics to track and measure the success of brand marketing initiatives. Generate dashboard reports, analyze results, and present findings to senior leadership.

Qualifications:


To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • 2-4 years of experience in Product Marketing.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Foundational experience in supporting product marketing and brand development.
  • Experience in constructing or contributing to marketing plans that encompass strategy, customer research, competitive analysis, product requirements, and messaging.
  • Proven ability to drive excellence within product management teams.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the product development cycle to support new product introductions and sales growth.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent decision-making, attention to detail, multitasking, and execution abilities under tight deadlines.

Compensation and Benefits:


The position offers a competitive compensation package, including base salary, potential bonuses, benefits, 401k contributions, time off, recognition awards, and more. The salary range for this role is $55,000-$60,000.
