GENERAL SUMMARY


As a Marketing Coordinator at Cloudco Entertainment, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing team’s efforts across various campaigns and platforms. This position involves coordinating marketing activities, assisting in the development and execution of campaigns, and analyzing market trends to enhance brand positioning. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will collaborate closely with team members to implement strategic marketing plans.


Location: Based in Cleveland, OH.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Campaign Support: Assist in the development, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media.
  • Content Creation: Help create and edit marketing materials, including pitch materials, social media content, email newsletters, and internal recaps.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to provide insights and recommendations for marketing strategies.
  • Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of promotional events, trade shows, and other marketing activities, ensuring seamless logistics and execution.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Meta social media insights and Meltwater. Provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including licensing and creative, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining marketing databases, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports and presentations.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Required Education: Degree in Marketing or related field.


Required Length & Type of Experience:

  • 2-­3 years of digital marketing experience 


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, SEO, social media, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with Meltwater, WGSN, and Mediabox is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
