You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with our B2B and B2C audiences, ultimately driving business growth and success. JOB DESCRIPTION (DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES) Develop and execute product marketing campaigns that align with our business objectives and target audience. Create engaging content for various channels, including website copy, product literature, email campaigns, social media, whitepapers, case studies, and more. Collaborate with the product management team to develop compelling messaging and storytelling that differentiates our brand and resonates with both B2B and B2C audiences. Conduct market research and customer analysis to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs, using insights to inform content strategy. Manage marketing projects to ensure consistent, timely delivery of high-quality content for new product launches and mature product promotion. Optimize content for SEO and SEM to improve search rankings and drive organic traffic to our digital properties. Track and analyze content performance metrics, using data to inform content optimization and drive continuous improvement. Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in content marketing, sharing insights and recommendations with the team. Assumes additional responsibilities as needed or directed in support of the Company’s 2025 Strategy. BASIC REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in product marketing, with a strong focus on creating content for both B2B and B2C audiences. 5+ years of experience in product marketing, with a strong focus on creating content for both B2B and B2C audiences. Understanding of welding industry, Industrial markets, and/or distribution channels a plus. Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling, and persuasive content that resonates with target audiences. Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing campaigns, with tangible results in driving brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, PPC, and content marketing best practices. Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), email marketing platforms, and social media management tools. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to measure content performance and inform optimization strategies. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and innovation, capable of generating fresh ideas and turning them into compelling content.
