Job Description: NSight365 is seeking a highly skilled Cyber Integration Lead to oversee the combined monitoring environment of an enterprise Network Operations Center (NOC) and Security Operations Center (SOC). The ideal candidate will be responsible for cybersecurity, network, cloud, web, and application event monitoring and incident handling. The Cyber Integration Lead will demonstrate the ability to lead highly specialized IT and cybersecurity specialists while integrating and managing agile principles into various cybersecurity domains. The candidate will be responsible to overseeing resources to monitor network performance, detect and respond to security threats, and manage incidents to maintain high availability and security of network resources.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and manage a combined NOC/SOC monitoring environment.
  • Oversee cybersecurity, network, cloud, web, and application event monitoring and incident handling.
  • Lead and mentor a team of highly specialized IT and cybersecurity professionals.
  • Integrate and manage agile principles into cybersecurity, network, application monitoring, cyber threat intelligence, threat hunting, penetration testing, and forensics.
  • Ensure uptime requirements are met and respond independently to errors and hardware exceptions.
  • Communicate effectively about errors and hardware exceptions.
  • Maintain incident records and manage incident handling and analysis.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong written communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent diplomacy skills and the ability to follow policy and procedures.
  • Strong team collaboration skills, ability to cope with stress, and exceptional problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Technical foundation in cybersecurity principles, vulnerabilities, and weaknesses.
  • Proficiency in incident handling and analysis, understanding of intruder techniques, and maintenance of incident records.
  • Must be able to obtain a TS/SCI

 

Certifications:

  • GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH)
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
  • CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP+)
  • CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
  • PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Current TS clearance a plus

 

Location Requirements:

  • Candidates must be located within a 50-mile radius of Washington DC or Boyers, PA.
