Security Scheduler Role at Condor Security Consulting Inc

The Security Scheduler at Condor Security Consulting Inc will oversee the organization of shift rotations for security staff. This position demands exceptional organizational capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with a sizable team of security officers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shift Coordination:
    • Create and manage shift schedules for security personnel.
    • Modify schedules as necessary to meet operational needs.
  • Staffing Oversight:
    • Ensure all security positions are adequately staffed.
    • Track and manage the availability of security officers.
  • Communication and Coordination:
    • Promptly inform staff of any schedule adjustments.
    • Work closely with the Security Manager to ensure smooth operations.
  • Record Management:
    • Keep precise records of all schedules.
    • Prepare and present reports regarding staffing levels.
  • Support and Development:
    • Offer guidance and support to security officers.
    • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma is mandatory.
  • Experience: At least 3 years in a scheduling role within the security sector.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Familiarity with scheduling software is essential.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Must successfully complete a background check and drug screening.
    • Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends.
