Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct visible and proactive patrols while responding to emergencies at assigned locations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and perform physical security assessments.
  • Investigate suspicious or unsafe situations, engaging with the public, including potentially hazardous individuals.
  • Maintain focus on security priorities consistently.
  • Respond effectively to security-related incidents, inquiries, and emergencies.
  • Collaborate with Security Leadership to align on expectations and implement necessary solutions.
  • Manage security assignments diligently at all times.
  • Prepare comprehensive and professional incident reports for all security events.

  • Position involves prolonged standing and walking during daily security operations.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts and holidays as needed.
Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, with some college coursework preferred (Associate degree is a plus) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2-5 years of experience in security, customer service, or a related field.
  • Proficient in computer systems, including office software, access management, CCTV, alarm systems, and incident reporting.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Exemplary integrity and security judgment are essential.
  • Above-average computer skills and all necessary licenses, permits, and certifications for security officer duties are required.
  • Must pass a background check and a 5-panel drug test.
  • CPR Certification is a plus; assistance with certification is available.
