Overview

The Recruiting Pipeline & Administrator is a remote role on the Employment Strategy team. You will report to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition Pipeline & Sourcing and be fully remote within the United States. You will manage relationships primarily within our School of Nursing program, but will work in parallel with our program administrators for Global Nurse recruiting and our Student Internship program for high schools. Your day-to-day will consist of coordinating placement of students in nursing programs throughout the country into facilities for an internship.

You will be responsible for reporting out your work and with various stakeholders within Talent Acquisition as well as the Nursing Department. You will also partner with stakeholders to pipeline and nurture candidates, strive to improve processes, and use our systems and technology to their fullest extent. We need someone detail-oriented, execution-oriented, and passionate about helping nursing students navigate their career options. This person will also need to build relationships with school districts and local DaVita teammates to bring the programs to life.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage directly with Nursing schools to place students for clinical rotations in assigned Palmers. Manage vendor relationships as appropriate.
  • Host FA, key stakeholders, students and school faculty orientations bi-monthly.
  • Serve as liaison to field and TA partners for questions and ongoing communications. ​
  • Monthly Palmer read-outs on metrics for Program

Associates degree or equivalent work experience
