Synergistic Systems Inc is in search of Operations Strategy Analysts to enhance our team. In this role, you will coordinate with internal stakeholders and partners to facilitate platform enhancements and services for retirement plan clients. This position is structured as a contract role.

Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with external vendors and internal teams to ensure precise data management for each transition, providing analytical solutions for plan administration challenges, and proactively addressing risks and issues during the implementation of retirement plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute projects for institutional retirement plans ensuring high-quality data results
  • Deliver consultative analytical solutions for plan administration issues
  • Timely escalation of risks and challenges
  • Work collaboratively within a highly matrixed environment

Qualifications:

  • Proficient analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience; 5+ years preferred
  • Experience as a Business Operations Analyst, End User Computing Analyst, or similar role
  • Experience in financial services is a plus
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies is advantageous

FINRA Registrations:

  • Series 6 or 7 preferred
