We are looking for a proactive and experienced Permanent Employment Litigation Associate to contribute to our expanding legal team.

As an Employment Litigation Associate, your duties will encompass:
- Managing a diverse range of employment litigation cases, including wrongful termination, discrimination, and wage and hour disputes.
- Effectively responding to pleadings and overseeing discovery processes.
- Drafting and updating employee handbooks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
- Arguing motions and representing clients in state and federal court proceedings.
- Providing expert legal advice on labor and employment matters to clients and internal teams.
- Collaborating with fellow legal professionals to devise strategies for litigation and conflict resolution.
- Keeping abreast of changes in employment law and advising clients accordingly.
Qualifications:
To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:
- A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school, with outstanding academic performance.
- Admission to the Colorado Bar.
- A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in employment litigation.
