The Opportunity

  • Create and deliver compelling, actionable, and targeted content including, but not limited to, infographics, video, stories, reels, articles, etc., for Vituity's owned social channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook).
  • Collaborate with Marketing Design Team to manage full production of content that requires additional creative support.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Vituity's brand DNA.
  • Manage content review cycles including edits, proofing, and publication expectations.
  • Draft social media posts for select Vituity executives and subject matter experts (SME) that are aligned with pre-approved content plans for each person with the aim of building strong individual profiles and networks for Vituity leaders.
  • Support content development for press releases and news/events updates, as needed, by copywriting and project managing.
  • Maintain libraries of final social media assets, including copy, images, and video files.
  • Gather cross-functional inputs needed to develop content strategy that supports overall business goals (growth, recruiting, DEI, etc.).
  • Build strategic content plan for Vituity organic social media factoring in various commitments, Vituity milestones, and ad-hoc industry opportunities to continue building our brand.
  • Stay connected to the latest social media platform opportunities; propose innovative ideas to push our marketing efforts forward.
  • Analyze content and social campaign results to help shape future content plans.
  • Monitor social engagement across platforms and suggest content optimization opportunities.
  • Regularly provide marketing leaders with performance data and recaps of social media trends including creating presentations and presenting to broader team.
  • Understand and leverage monitoring tools such as Sprout, Meltwater, etc., to monitor Vituity's online brand reputation on a weekly basis and report findings to direct manager.
  • Create monthly recap for direct manager and marketing leaders of social media activity, engagement, news, sentiment, and reputation of Vituity competitors.
  • Respond to public-facing reviews and comments in accordance with the Reputation Management process.
  • Manage Vituity's social media pages and profiles, ensuring profile information is kept up-to-date and optimized with the latest available images, videos, and messaging.
  • Gather and evaluate analytics and metrics to create reports for marketing team that will be used for enhancements of online brand and to leverage optimization of all digital programs.

Required Experience and Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or related field required.
  • 4 years of related experience required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with social media platforms required.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple deliverables and timelines required.
  • B2B and healthcare experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Access and PowerPoint preferred.
  • Intermediate understanding of how marketing activity drives business goals preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging a variety of software, platforms, and design tools preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms.
  • Knowledge of content marketing best practices.
  • Strong writing and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to represent marketing in cross-functional relationships.
  • Able to efficiently manage time and produce significant output with minimal wasted effort while working collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Able to earn trust of team members through the persistent delivery of high-quality work and a track record of living up to verbal and written commitments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Organized and flexible individual able to perform multiple tasks with varying priorities under conditions requiring speed and accuracy.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Maturity to strike a balance between being proactive and showing initiative and seeking appropriate guidance and input from others.
  • Ability to collaborate and work independently to develop content and concepts.
  • Clear understanding of and interest in current web writing trends and best practices.
  • Proficiency and comfort writing content for social media and producing short-form video.
  • Strong knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) writing.
  • Experience working in small collaborative teams, including working constructively with designers and developers.
  • Self-motivated, positive personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
