HDR is seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing Coordinator to bolster our Northern California Transportation division.

In the capacity of Marketing Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

Assisting pursuit teams in crafting compelling proposal and interview materials
Monitoring client and industry platforms for solicitation updates
Organizing proposal and presentation materials upon submission
Supporting the management of client relationship and financial systems to enhance reporting metrics and dashboards
Maintaining precise project and resume information in business development systems
Coordinating professional photography for projects
Assisting in the formulation of annual and long-term strategic plans aligned with company objectives, including the development of growth initiatives and prioritization of strategic investments
Facilitating the execution of key growth initiatives and investments as outlined in strategic plans
Contributing to the development and implementation of client strategies, including long-term plans to capture market share, as assigned
Soliciting formal client feedback
Administering the go/no-go decision process in accordance with HDR's Matrix of Authority
Supporting content marketing campaigns to enhance our brand, increase visibility, and highlight our thought leaders
Assisting in the creation and dissemination of engaging digital content that embodies HDR's brand and elevates our thought leadership
Implementing social media initiatives
Supporting strategies that enhance HDR's brand and technical expertise with industry associations
Creating marketing materials to assist business development efforts.

Facilitating the fulfillment of conference sponsorship benefits, as required.

Assisting in the development of engaging internal communications content (announcements, presentations, videos, webinars).
Coordinating large internal meetings (both in-person and virtual)
Maintaining an inventory of branded materials for client visits, conferences, and recruitment efforts.

To excel in this role, you should possess the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a keen attention to detail; exceptional prioritization and time management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously; the capability to follow through on assigned tasks with minimal supervision; and a strong sense of teamwork along with outstanding collaborative interpersonal skills.Preferred Qualifications:

Associate Degree in Marketing, Business Communications.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Communication, or Journalism is highly preferred, or a combination of education and experience.
2+ years of experience in document layout and production.
Previous experience in the A/E industry is strongly desired.
Proficiency in graphics and advanced working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Photoshop.
Experience in proposal planning and coordination, with a technical understanding of the proposal production process for professional services is highly preferred.
Strong writing skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks.
Ability to meet tight deadlines and make independent decisions critical to job success.
Self-starter, team-oriented, and capable of collaborating with diverse personalities and professional styles.
Highly articulate, with a clear and analytical approach to problem-solving and sound decision-making abilities.

Qualifications Required:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign.
