Position Overview

We are in search of a driven and seasoned Senior Tax Consultant to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will deliver tax planning and compliance services tailored to our clients' needs. As a Senior Tax Consultant, you will engage closely with clients to assess their specific tax requirements and provide customized solutions. Additionally, you will oversee and mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review tax filings for S Corporations, Partnerships, and C Corporations
  • Offer tax planning and advisory services
  • Cultivate client relationships and ensure satisfaction
  • Investigate and interpret complex tax matters, providing informed recommendations
  • Guide and develop junior staff members
  • Participate in business development efforts and marketing initiatives
  • Stay informed on tax legislation and ensure compliance with relevant laws
  • Collaborate with various departments to deliver integrated client solutions

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; Master's in Taxation preferred
  • CPA certification is advantageous
  • Minimum of 2 years in public accounting
  • Strong technical expertise in S Corporations, C Corporations, and Partnerships
  • Experience with High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
  • Exceptional attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple projects
