Position Title: Business Professional - Business Analyst
Essential Skills: Business Analysis
Position Requirements: The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
Key Competencies:
- Fundamental Accounting knowledge.
- Basic Reporting capabilities.
- Proficiency in Excel formulas, with a strong preference for experience in SQL, Alteryx, Power Query (including BI), or advanced Excel (VBA) or Excel function expertise.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Cost Management Systems, ERPs, or Project Portfolio Management Systems.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate processes and procedures for comparing two data exports.
- Align data exports from one system with those of another.
- Create an efficient method for comparing the two datasets and identifying discrepancies.
- Document each variance and collaborate with stakeholders to verify information and formulate action plans for resolution.
- Summarize analysis findings in two formats: A) High-level executive presentation, and B) Detailed tactical report.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience Requirement: At least 6 years of professional experience.
Relocation Policy: Relocation expenses will not be covered.
Travel Requirements: None.
Local Candidates Preferred: Yes.
Note: Candidates must be eligible to work on a W2 basis (No C2C).
