Stratasys is currently seeking a Product Manager.
In this role: you will drive the success of a product or product portfolio within a company. This involves defining and executing a strategic vision for the product, overseeing its development, and ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives. Act as the central point of coordination between cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers to deliver innovative solutions that create value and drive growth
What you will be doing:
Strategic Product Planning and Roadmapping:
- Develop and maintain a strategic vision and roadmap for the product, aligning it with the company's overall goals and market opportunities.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback sessions to inform product strategy and prioritize feature development
Cross-Functional Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Lead cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, customer success and sales to execute the product roadmap effectively and deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between team members, ensuring everyone understands their roles and responsibilities and works towards common goals.
- Act as a champion for the product within the organization, advocating for resources, support, and alignment to drive successful outcomes.
Product Lifecycle Management
- Initiate product development processes
- Translate the customer needs to a Market Requirements Document (MRD)
- Lead product launch phase including product validation and verification through alpha and beta. Define the solution value proposition and use it to define the correct positioning for the product in the market. Drive the product launch with marketing, application engineering and sales
Other
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Attend all required company training
- Demonstrate commitments to Stratasys Behaviors by leading, acting, and modeling these values.
- Other Responsibilities as assigned by the department or manager
Must have for this role:
- 5+ years prior work experience in product management of industrial solutions
- Experience analyzing and presenting complex data
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
- Team player - excellent interpersonal, communication and cross-group skills, including working in matrix environment
- Self-driven and ability to work with minimal direction
- Highly energetic, able to multitask, establish priorities and work independently
Nice to have:
- MBA degree
- Strategic planning and the ability to lead and implement strategies
- Experience and a passion for 3D modeling, printing, and software
Travel required: 10%
