As a Product Owner, you'll be at the forefront of our healthcare analytics initiatives, translating customer needs into actionable product features. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-value, market-leading solutions that delight our customers and confound our competitors.

Responsibilities:

  • Craft user stories and acceptance test criteria for features
  • Define detailed functional and non-functional requirements for engineering teams
  • Identify Minimum Viable Product features and iterate rapidly based on user feedback
  • Collaborate with Strategic Product Owners and Managers to align with market needs
  • Lead discussions with development teams to support core competencies and key features
  • Prioritize user stories to maximize business value and align with product strategy
  • Participate in systems requirements, testing, training, and product rollout
  • Manage product roadmaps and ensure alignment with the overall product vision
  • Act as a liaison between business, product, and development teams
  • Support product marketing efforts, including technical specifications and case studies

Required Basic Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in software product ownership, technical product management, business analysis, or technical team leadership within a large matrix organization
  • Relevant agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Product Owner, Scrum Master)
  • Ability to translate customer needs into product design documentation
  • Experience creating and decomposing features, writing user stories, and test acceptance criteria
  • Demonstrated understanding of business intelligence, analytics, data warehousing, or data engineering

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Healthcare experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent
  • Data engineering and delivery experience in healthcare
  • Experience with healthcare interoperability

Compensation:

Hourly W2 pay rate $60.00-$73.00

We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
