The primary purpose of this position is to further develop Enterprise revenues by recruiting and developing net new partners and end customers, establishing regular contact with existing non- or low-transacting partners to increase transactions. Also, the candidate will be focused on driving customer decision-making on training and investment in Cambium's Channel program, thereby becoming proficient in selling and profiting from Cambium products and solution sets.

This role is for an established salesperson with 5-7 years of sales experience who possesses the ambition to succeed in meeting sales targets. Participates in overall business planning, anticipates customer needs, and works to align the team's goal with the strategic priorities of the business. The position also develops strong relationships within assigned Named Accounts and Channel Partners, decision-makers, business partners, consultants, engineering firms, and industry influencers. Leads, documents, and communicates the creation of innovative solutions to sell. Strong communications, MS Office / computer skills, estimated travel is 50%. The ideal candidate resides in the State of Texas in a Metro Area.
