Key Responsibilities
  • Establish, nurture, and expand relationships within a designated portfolio through proactive outreach, sales engagements, and relationship management.
  • Support existing clients by understanding their unique business requirements and recommending additional Semrush solutions to drive growth.
  • Identify and capitalize on cross-sell and up-sell opportunities utilizing the Semrush product suite.
  • Provide a value-driven sales experience tailored to customer needs, leveraging automation and behavioral insights.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to ensure high retention rates within your client portfolio.
  • Achieve or surpass daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets, including calls, connections, demonstrations, and emails.
  • Partner with Product Specialists to introduce and promote the latest Semrush offerings to your clients.
  • Engage with your entire customer base monthly to ensure comprehensive outreach.
  • Accurately project monthly sales and retention outcomes to management.
  • Contribute valuable insights to the broader Semrush team through analytical thinking, effective presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Candidate Profile
  • Fluency in Portuguese (C2 level) and English (C2 level); Spanish proficiency is a plus.
  • A degree in marketing, economics, or a related field, or a combination of education and experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years in B2B software sales, including prospecting, lead qualification, deal closure, and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong background in sales methodologies, including BANT qualification, meeting management, account development, and time management.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and experience in procurement management.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Martech/SalesTech, with a focus on product marketing strategies and sales conversion optimization.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, along with effective listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow.
  • Independent and driven to succeed while being a collaborative team player.
