- Accurately project monthly sales and retention goals to management.
- Provide valuable insights to the broader Semrush team by utilizing strong analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in Portuguese (C2 level) and English (C2 level); Spanish proficiency is a plus.
- A degree in marketing, economics, or a relevant combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of 3 years in B2B software sales, including prospecting, lead qualification, deal closure, and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong familiarity with sales methodologies, including BANT qualification, meeting management, account development, and time management.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and experience in procurement management.
- At least 1 year of experience in Martech/SalesTech, focusing on product marketing strategies, positioning, messaging, and sales conversion optimization.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication, listening, and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn.
- Independent and driven for success while being a collaborative team player.
- Familiarity with Google Suite and Slack.
