Position Summary: We are in search of a motivated and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic Sales team. This role involves promoting and selling LIOHER Enterprise Corp's products to both existing and prospective clients, fostering robust relationships, and meeting sales objectives across various regions.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Market and sell LIOHER Enterprise Corp's offerings to current and potential clients within the designated area.
  • Identify and pursue new business prospects through outreach, networking, and other lead generation strategies.
  • Establish and nurture strong client relationships, comprehending their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Conduct engaging product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to highlight LIOHER Enterprise Corp's offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including Marketing, Customer Support, and Operations, to ensure the effective delivery of products and services.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts, negotiating terms and successfully closing deals.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor actions, and customer feedback to uncover opportunities for growth and enhancement.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives as set by the Sales Manager, consistently achieving performance benchmarks.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience in the industry.
  • A proven history of success in sales, with at least 5 years of experience in a comparable role, ideally within the furniture sector.
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities, capable of persuading and influencing key decision-makers.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport and trust with clients.
  • Self-driven and results-focused, demonstrating a proactive approach to achieving sales goals.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team, exhibiting a strong sense of accountability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • A valid driver's license and readiness to travel within the assigned territory.
