Key Responsibilities
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate, maintain, and expand relationships within your assigned client portfolio through proactive outreach, sales discussions, and relationship-building activities.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster strong connections with existing clients, comprehending their business objectives and offering tailored Semrush solutions to drive growth.
  • Sales Opportunities: Identify and capitalize on cross-sell and up-sell opportunities utilizing the comprehensive Semrush product suite.
  • Value-Based Selling: Provide a selling experience that emphasizes value, leveraging automation and customer insights.
  • Collaboration: Partner with Customer Success Managers to ensure high retention rates within your client base.
  • Performance Metrics: Achieve or surpass daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets, including calls, connections, demonstrations, and emails.
  • Product Knowledge: Collaborate with Product Specialists to introduce your clients to the latest Semrush offerings.
  • Portfolio Outreach: Ensure comprehensive monthly engagement with your entire customer portfolio.
  • Sales Forecasting: Provide accurate forecasts of monthly sales and retention outcomes to management.
  • Feedback Contribution: Share insights with the broader Semrush team, utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Candidate Profile
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in Portuguese (C2) and English (C2); Spanish proficiency is a plus.
  • Educational Background: Degree in marketing, economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in B2B software sales, including prospecting, lead qualification, deal closure, and exceeding sales targets.
  • Sales Methodologies: Strong understanding of sales techniques, including BANT qualification and account management.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate effectively and manage procurement processes.
  • Martech/SalesTech Experience: At least 1 year of experience in marketing technology and sales strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, listening, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Growth Mindset: Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn.
  • Team Player: Independent yet collaborative, driven by success.
