About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Sales Leader to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for sourcing new commercial client opportunities through prospecting, networking, and fostering consultant relationships.

You will need to understand and target opportunities based on size, region, quality, and firmographic information that best align with our products. This role will be a subject matter expert on contracting, able to articulate our value proposition and competitive differentiation.

You will work collaboratively with peers to quantify and manage all aspects of the sales process and projects, balancing both client and internal team objectives and communications.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree is preferred.
  • 10+ years of professional experience in direct sales or sales management.
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate complex ideas to a wide-ranging audience.
  • Ability to work across multiple levels of client management, including senior-level executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively handle client escalations.
  • Ability to perform successfully in a high-pressure, fast-paced working environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
