Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive, Commercial SMB to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite decision-makers.

You will develop a long-term account strategy aligned with customer business objectives and coordinate with other teams to meet customer needs and contribute to account planning.

As a trusted advisor, you will understand client businesses and align Zscaler solutions with their goals.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite decision-makers
  • Develop a long-term account strategy aligned with customer business objectives
  • Coordinate with other teams to meet customer needs and contribute to account planning
  • Be a trusted advisor, understanding client businesses and aligning Zscaler solutions with their goals
Requirements
  • 2+ years of full-cycle sales experience within the software or security industry
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Progressive selling experience engaging with accounts and selling at C-Level
Preferred Qualifications
  • Established relationships with current and prospective customers and partners
  • Understanding of the bigger picture, customer goals, and how technology can facilitate them
  • Proficiency in strategic sales planning with experience closing net new logos
  • Experience meeting or achieving sales targets and using channel partnerships
  • Remote-friendly and willing to travel
