You will be a player-coach, managing our team of Business Development Representatives. You will report to and collaborate often with the Senior Director, Revenue Operations to ensure efforts are tracking in the right direction Think coaching a winning team, enhancing existing BD strategy, driving new opportunities, and actively participating in lead generation. If you're a boots-on-the-ground manager, you will thrive in this environment.

- Coach and mentor BDRs toward success
- Motivate and inspire others to align with the sales playbook, strategy, and best practices
- Demonstrate unbeatable work ethic, enthusiasm for learning & teaching, and instinctive business acumen

- Lead the team in consistent attainment of our sales outbound opportunity and pipeline creation goals while making strategic data-driven adjustments along the way
- Collaborate across departments to develop effective messaging for outbound communications to your team's assigned accounts
- Accelerate and grow relationships with prospects within all layers of target companies
