The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in:
- Driving Sales initiatives centered on Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) by delivering insights into products and industry trends.
- Acting as a thought leader in SPM, collaborating closely with Product Management and Engineering teams to align on strategic roadmaps and gather field feedback.
- Developing and managing programs that empower Solution Consultants to effectively showcase the value of SPM.
- Maintaining a portfolio of SPM solutions developed on the ServiceNow platform.
- Assisting sales teams in identifying customer needs and conducting business value assessments to illustrate potential benefits for clients.
- Delivering tailored demonstrations of solutions to both prospective and existing customers.
- Responding to requests for information and proposal documentation.
- Facilitating Proof of Concept/Proof of Value engagements with potential clients.
- Supporting marketing initiatives such as user conferences, trade shows, and webinars.
- Conducting competitive analysis to position ServiceNow solutions effectively against market challenges.
- Understanding the business and technical challenges addressed by our products, including key regulations and evolving business requirements.
To excel in this position, candidates should possess:
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, adept at conveying both technical and business concepts.
- The ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, including C-level executives and individuals within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Extensive presales experience and a thorough understanding of the sales process.
- A solid grasp of the Project Portfolio Management (PPM) market and related business processes.
- Familiarity with Application Portfolio Management and its associated business processes.
- Prior experience in presales roles with providers of PPM/Agile or Application Portfolio Management solutions.
- Knowledge of the Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and IT Financial Management markets.
- Demonstrated technical expertise in web technologies and a capacity to learn new technologies.
