Join Our Team as an Account Executive at ExamWorks

ExamWorks is on the lookout for a dynamic Account Executive to be part of the team in Sacramento. If you're ready to hit the road (about 50% of the time) and dive into the world of IME, worker's comp, litigation, insurance defense, court reporting, or a related field, then this might just be the gig for you

As an Account Executive, you'll be wearing multiple hats: spotting opportunities, reaching out to potential clients, crafting proposals, and nurturing existing relationships. Plus, you'll need to be a pro at networking, staying up-to-date with industry norms, and managing your time efficiently.

Not to mention, you'll have the chance to work both independently and collaboratively, showcasing top-tier customer service skills and market know-how all while striving to hit those revenue targets.

Oh, and did we mention the compensation? Somewhere in the ballpark of $55,000 to $75,000 + commission

What You'll Be Doing
  • Driving local, national, and international sales growth
  • Nurturing key client relationships and expanding the customer base
  • Being the bridge between clients and the company, spreading the word about services, and keeping the info flowing
  • Representing the company at various industry events and functions (and maybe even hosting a few)
  • Keeping clients informed on policy changes, services, and other updates
  • Resolving client concerns promptly and helping with physician recruitment as needed
  • Regularly evaluating sales performance and sharing insights with the Sales and Marketing Director
  • Keeping a close eye on the market and competition, adapting sales tactics as needed
  • Providing timely updates as required and attending all sales and marketing meetings
What We're Looking For
  • Prior sales experience is a must
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience is required
  • While a Bachelor's degree is preferred, relevant industry experience is key
  • A valid state Driver's License is a non-negotiable
  • Showcasing accuracy, thoroughness, and a knack for quality improvement
  • Impressive presentation skills are a definite plus
  • Ability to tackle problems creatively and maintain confidentiality
  • Team player mentality and a promoter of positivity in a team environment
