Position Overview
In collaboration with HP, Test Account is seeking a dedicated HP Retail Sales Specialist. In this role, you will visit multiple retail locations daily, focusing on enhancing sales by educating retail staff about HP products and generating enthusiasm for the HP brand. As a representative of HP, your mission will be to elevate brand visibility and retail presence through effective merchandising, product placement, and relationship building within your assigned territory.
Daily Responsibilities of an HP Retail Sales Specialist
- Showcase HP products to store management, staff, and customers at various retail locations.
- Boost sales and product recognition through training sessions and interactive consumer engagement.
- Meet and sustain program KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Establish strong relationships with store management and staff across your territory.
- Organize and conduct sales and product training sessions.
- Identify and communicate needs for marketing materials and promotional resources.
- Evaluate customer requirements and provide relevant product recommendations.
- Document and report on sales activities, schedules, and best practices.
- Gather customer feedback and offer insights and suggestions.
- Ensure brand merchandising standards are met in retail environments.
- Mentor and guide part-time team members.
- Independently manage a territory of stores with minimal supervision.

Success Metrics in This Role
- Achieve established performance metrics.
- Conduct visits to multiple store locations daily.
- Plan store visits two weeks in advance.
- Execute sales initiatives during each store visit.
- Develop and maintain influential business relationships.
- Keep accurate records and documentation for each visit.

Sign-On Bonus Information
