About the Role:

  • Negotiate with customers and vendors to secure orders, meet schedules, and enhance profitability.
  • Promote and sell our products and services to customers, tailoring a business plan to each customer's unique needs and market conditions.
  • Establish and maintain a consistent call schedule to ensure timely communication with customers.
  • Implement effective pricing plans and coordinate with specialists to deliver comprehensive solutions to customers.
  • Resolve customer disputes and coordinate with the Credit department to achieve accounts receivable goals.
  • Prospect for new business opportunities and introduce new products to customers.
  • Develop strong relationships with suppliers and analyze market conditions to stay ahead of the competition.

About You:

  • You have a strong background in electrical, industrial, or distribution, with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • You possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • You are a results-driven individual with a passion for business growth and development.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $90,000 - $130,000 annually, plus commission.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, as well as a robust 401K plan.
