Requirements

Who are you?

You're a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a knack for organization and multitasking. Your experience in office management or a related field has honed your ability to keep things running smoothly and efficiently. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are skilled in handling administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and managing office supplies.

Your strong communication skills and friendly demeanor make you a natural at interacting with team members and clients alike. You're comfortable using various office software and tools, and you're always looking for ways to improve processes. Most importantly, you take pride in creating a positive and productive office environment.

This is a part-time role with expected hours to range between 24-28 per week and is 100% on-site.
Responsibilities:

  • Provide a delightful experience for employees, guests, and vendors using our office space(s)
  • General administrative support
  • Vendor management, order office supplies, food, beverages, and equipment for day-to-day use and for special events
  • Maintain a functional and comfortable office space by ensuring cleanliness and overall organization of all areas of the office, including reception, conference rooms, kitchen, and general common areas
  • Space planning
  • Responsible for coordinating communal events including holiday and host meet-ups (virtual and in-person)
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail, UPS and FedEx packages and scanning to the appropriate departments
  • Prep and prime office and offsite locations for events, meetings, and socials
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Handle internal and external inquiries and correspondences with professionalism and accuracy
  • Work closely with the finance team to manage the office budget and expenses
  • Upload invoices and expense reports promptly for office expenses, monitor and report on budget utilization, and identify cost-saving opportunitiesEnsure the office complies with health and safety regulations and implement safety measures
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and address potential hazards
  • Support The People Team with onboarding and offboarding employees - adding to ATX office channels, August app, and key agreements

Benefits

Salary: $ USD per hour depending on experience.

The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in accordance with potentially applicable laws. The final agreed-upon compensation is based on a number of factors, including but not limited to: individual education, qualifications, prior work experience, and geographic work location. The total annual compensation package may consist of a base salary and bonus dependent upon position.
