QA Automation Engineer

Job Description
- Wendys is looking for a Senior Automation Engineer to automate Wendys voice AI (Fresh AI)
- In this role, the Sr. Automation Engineer will be responsible to create automated test to validate Wendys
Fresh AI ensuring high-quality results that meet business goals
- Experience with text-to-speech (TTS)/speech synthesis technology/AI tools
- Create and identify different test scenarios and conditions thats needs to be automated
- Must have basic Point-of-sale knowledge (Preferably NCR Aloha)
- An Individual who has excellent written and oral communication skills
- capable of prioritizing and has the potential to multi-task work.
- Ability to troubleshoot and analyze different types of issues and automation failures
- Meet timelines and minimize disruption to partner teams, proactively managing schedule and risks
- Ability to adapt to changing procedures, environments, and tools in the QA space.
- Accelerate progress by driving timely decisions, clearing blockers, and escalating appropriately
- Partner closely with the engineering teams to replicate and resolve issues
- Ability to work independently as well in a team, seeking guidance as needed
-Pay rate: $60-80/hour

Skills and Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 8+ years of professional QA Automation Engineer experience
- Experience with text-to-speech (TTS)/speech synthesis technology/tools
- Hands on experience coding in Python, PHP, Java, C/C+ or equivalent language
- Experience with OCR (Optical Character recognition) libraries, tools like Tesseract, OCRopus etc.
- Experience working different Voice AI tools like Murf AI, ElevenLab etc.
- Have a good understanding of E-commerce applications and architecture to assist in troubleshooting
- Technical aptitude to understand system architecture and follow how the various components talk to one another
- Must have basic knowledge and experience working with the Aloha Software products or equivalent Point of Sale system
- Monitor application logs to determine system behavior. Address all technical issues; facilitate the resolution and follow up with Development and other cross-functional departments. null
