Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Automation Engineer to join our team at HatchPros Inc. This role will primarily focus on both development and testing of applications that leverage text-to-speech (TTS) and optical character recognition (OCR) technologies. The position entails approximately 80% development responsibilities and 20% testing duties.

Interview Process

The selection process will consist of two interviews conducted via MS Teams.

Eligibility

This position is open to U.S. Citizens and Green Card holders only. A LinkedIn profile is required for consideration.

Key Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
  • At least 8 years of professional experience as a QA Engineer, with proficiency in programming languages such as Python, PHP, Java, C/C++, or similar.
  • Hands-on experience with text-to-speech (TTS) and speech synthesis technologies.
  • Familiarity with OCR libraries and tools, including Tesseract and OCRopus.
  • Experience with various Voice AI tools, such as Murf AI and ElevenLab.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and manage their expectations.
  • A solid understanding of e-commerce applications and their architecture to aid in troubleshooting.
  • Technical aptitude to comprehend system architecture and the interaction between different components.
  • Basic knowledge and experience with Aloha Software products or equivalent Point of Sale systems.
  • Ability to monitor application logs to assess system behavior, address technical issues, and collaborate with Development and other cross-functional teams for resolution.
