We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to test the organization's voice AI, platform. In this role, the Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for creating test scenarios & cases to validate their Platform ensuring high-quality results that meet business goals.

Position Overview:

  • Experience with Speech to Text (STT) generative voice AI technology (Google Gemini, ChatGPT or similar).
  • Provide information and input from testing perspective to support prioritization and backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, product demos, and sprint retrospectives.
  • Identify and Create different test scenarios and conditions. Document test cases and execute against the system.
  • Experience with Jira or similar tool.
  • Must have basic Point-of-sale knowledge (Preferably NCR Aloha)
  • An Individual who has excellent written and oral communication skills (Clear verbal skills to run tests against Voice AI).
  • Capable of prioritizing and has the potential to multi-task work.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and analyze different types of issues.
  • Meet timelines and minimize disruption to partner teams, proactively managing schedule and risks.
  • Ability to adapt to changing procedures, environments, and tools in QA space.
  • Accelerate progress by making timely decisions, clearing blockers, and escalating appropriately.
  • Partner closely with the engineering teams to replicate and resolve issues.
  • Ability to work independently as well in a team, seeking guidance as needed.
  • Experience in UAT and reporting results to stakeholders for release.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline, or combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 8+ years of professional QA Engineer experience.
  • Experience with Speech to Text (STT) generative voice AI technology (Google Gemini, ChatGPT or similar).
  • Must have basic knowledge and experience working with the Aloha Software products or equivalent Point of Sale system.
  • Experience in creating Test Cases and Test Suites, executing Test Scripts, capturing bugs, and working with developers/business analysts to resolve issues.
  • Experience in Regression, E2E, Integration, and Smoke testing.
  • Possess strong technical, analytical, and strong customer engagement skills, comfortable communicating with product owners and ability to manage the end-user expectations.
  • Have a good understanding of ecommerce applications and architecture to assist in troubleshooting.
  • Technical aptitude to understand system architecture and follow how the various components talk to one another
